  • Guest:The food offered by the hotel is delicious and there is a different cousine served every day. The staff is professional and dedicated. Especially, Ms. Priscilla has shown her exceptional kindness. Always with a smiling face she greets her guests and gives them warm welcome, helping them out with every issue. Highly appreciated!????
  • Guest:Having stayed at another Hotel in Fujairah on many occasions previously we went out of our comfort zone by deciding to try a different venue for our family holiday over the festive period. On arrival at reception we were greeted as if they were expecting us, Duty Manager Ragab assisted by his colleague Jeff could not do enough on check in and we were allocated interconnecting rooms for our family of two adults and three older children. The large rooms with sea views on the second floor in block two were a little tired ( a refurb is planned) but worked well for our party and listening to the lapping of waves on the beach certainly helped the sleep. Our "ultra" all-inclusive package was exactly what we needed and the fizz tasted lovely. We had the information leaflet about was included/not included so knew exactly what we were getting. Drinks were readily available, top service received from Mohannad and Haider, with great support from Babi, with a special mention of Richard in the beach bar. Buffet breakfast has plenty of choice, as the Hotel is always at least 96+% full it can get busy. A tip here is to look for a table on one of the outdoor balconies. The Lounge restaurant/bar offered flexible dining, quality snacks and meals, great service received from Peggy with Raul ensuring all food and drinks were fantastic and of a high standard. The Masala Indian restaurant was fantastic; we were staying for six nights and ate there on three occasions. A special Five ***** award should go to Chef Samrat for his personal attention, ensuring that my wife’s specific dietary needs were met faultlessly on all occasions. Water sports were available on the beach with Jet Ski hire around £55/60 each for 30 minutes. Difficult to fault our experience we had a great time, relaxed and the staff were fantastic, cant quite give it a five star rating, maybe after the planned refurbishment, but overall a great trip and we certainly would recommend and go back.
